Beyond the Storybook is an aerial and circus production that carries audiences beyond the last page and into the living, breathing world of storytales and folklore. It features a two-night show that brings wonder to the stage for families and arts lovers of all ages.
Produced by Elysian Aerial Arts — a community-centered aerial company based in Hays County, TX- the show is designed to be immersive, inspiring, and committed to bringing local art and whimsy to the community.
Show dates: Friday & Saturday, October 17–18, 2026
Venue: Inspired Minds Art Center, Buda, TX
Expected attendance: 200+ Buda Arts Festival participants, 160+ audience members across both nights

Volunteer
Help us weave the Enchanted Forest together behind the scenes, from front of house and ushering to set up, teardown, and other support. No circus experience required, just a love of community and a little bit of wonder.
Vendor
Bring your shop, craft, or storybook inspired goods into the forest. We're looking for family friendly vendors to join us for the show weekend.
