As Elysian Aerial Arts is gearing up to open a physical location, you can get a taste of what our classes will offer in these exclusive workshops at locations based in Kyle, TX. Thank you to Arden Kohler’s Crossing for hosting us!
Explore the beauty and strength of aerial arts in this introductory workshop! Whether you're curious about aerial silks, hoop (lyra), or sling (fabric in a loop), this session offers a safe and supportive environment to learn the basics.
We’ll focus on essential conditioning exercises to build core strength, flexibility, and grip needed in aerial disciplines. Participants will have the opportunity to try foundational moves on various aerial apparatuses while developing confidence and body awareness.
This is a great opportunity to experience the magic of aerial arts, learn proper techniques, and discover if you'd like to continue training with Elysian Aerial Arts!
